Clamps have a fundamental issue,
they are all separate pieces from the weight.
An extra step to the routine is added as the clamp
must always be removed to change weights.
Design

A barbell weight with a clamp that is built into the center.
Turning the clamp in either direction will allow for the weight
to be locked in place or unlocked to be removed.
How To Use
Add the weight to an Olympic sized barbell
with other locking weights or at the end of
a set of rubber weight plates.
Turn the clamp to the right to
lock the weight into place or
to the left to unlock it.
Always remember to lock the last
plate on the bar before lifting.
Enjoy your lift!
Clamp Shape

The shape is based around gaining
leverage on the clamp from every angle.
The inspiration for this shape came
from an arthritis cream cap.
Locking Pads

Rubber pads inside the clamp close
on the bar when the clamp is twisted.
They then retract when unlocking
the weight from the bar.
